(Countable-Uncountable Nouns/There is – There are)
A. Read. Add some more example.
Countable
1.     use “a/an” or a number in front of countable nouns
e.g.: an apple, a cat,……………………………………
Uncountable
2.    “a/an” or number is not used with uncountable nouns. “some” is used instead
e.g.: some bread, some milk, ,……………………….…
3.    Add (s) or (es) to make a countable noun plural
e.g.: an apple – apples
a watch - watches
a dog - ……………………
a house - ……………………
a bus - ……………………
a rabbit - ……………………
a fox - ……………………
an elephant - ……………………
4.    To make uncountable nouns countable add a counting word, such as a unit of measurement, or the general word piece. We use the form "a ....... of ......." -
e.g.: bread – a loaf of bread
milk – a bottle of milk – bottles of milk.
